We don’t have a photo of the Carolina Pig Cookers grill that is going in this gorgeous trailer, but hopefully we can add that once everything is set up and in operation.
Eric is one of our Sanford neighbors and just purchased the beautiful trailer pictured above for his new business venture.
Eric is from the Jamaican Islands and plans to serve a variety of West Indian Food once he gets operational with everything. And, he’s also working towards opening a new restaurant a few miles South of us down in Spring Lake, North Carolina.
